Transcript Request

Requesting a transcript is easy to do! Follow the steps below.

Directions for Current Students

Option A - Electronic Processing

The recommended and most efficient option, complete with tracking and email notification, through Parchment:

  1. Click the site-appropriate link in the sidebar to access the ordering portal. Please note, effective January 1, 2023, Parchment’s standard transaction fee is $4.40 for transcripts and $12.75 for enrollment and graduation verifications. As a result of recent shipping rate increases, the following shipping prices will also adjust effective January 1, 2023:
    • USPS Domestic: There is no change to Parchment's USPS domestic postage rate.
    • USPS International: $5.40
    • FedEx Domestic: $32.00
    • FedEx International: $58.00
  2. Follow the instructions provided. 

Option B - In-House Request Form

  1. Place the order in the counseling office. 
  2. Completed transcripts will be mailed or ready two to five work days following the receipt of the request.

Option B - In-House Request Form 

(No processing fees associated with these requests.)

  1. Place the order in the counseling office or district office.
  2. Fill out the transcript request form completely and return the form to the counseling office, in person or by mail.
  3. Completed transcripts will be mailed or ready for pick up two to five work days following the receipt of the request.

Additional Information Regarding Transcripts 

Transcripts that are sent directly to a school/university will not require picture identification. For the protection of your personal information, all other requests will require that you provide a picture ID.

Fees: The transcript is provided free of charge at the school site or the district office. A transcript will not be furnished until all financial obligations to the school/district are satisfied. 

Diploma Replacement Due to Loss or Damage:  To request a replacement for a lost or destroyed diploma, contact the school you graduated from and speak with the counseling office. The cost to replace the diploma is $40.00 (subject to change), and processing normally takes three to six weeks. Please note, the replacement diploma may only be issued with the current names of the board of trustees and current principal.
